Typically, all orders ship within 3-4 business days of purchase. EOC does not operate over the weekends, and orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following week. During busy periods, including holidays and sales periods, the processing time can increase to 5-7 business days before your package is shipped.

Damaged product policy:

If your order arrives with any damages please contact us right away and we would be happy to assist you. Please email info@doreta.com and include a photo.  Please also include a detailed description of the problem along with your order number.  Product will be replaced or a refund can be submitted.
